Holly Day Fair
Welcome to the new “Virtual Edition” of our Annual Holly Day Fair! Started 13 years ago at Holly Hill Farm to honor local artisans, we opened the greenhouse doors to curious shoppers who wondered what we could possibly offer. We are delighted to have seen many successful small business owners sell their hand crafted wares to our local community in the ensuing years! From glorious jewelry to scrumptious jams, one-of-a-kind wooden spoons, hand knitted items to keep us warm and a sense of a community gathering around local food. It’s a tradition!
So, how does this work? The Holly Day Fair opens online on Saturday, November 28. Some small business owners chose to list photos on our website detailing what they have made. These folks will package up your order and you will be able to pick items up on either Sunday, December 6 or Sunday, December 13. They will alert you to which day and time to come to pick up your gift items at Holly Hill Farm. Those who list their website will sell directly to you and ensure you receive your gift items as ordered directly from them. As this is our first time doing a virtual Holly Day Fair, we know we will encounter some challenges. Since this COVID-19 year has presented a year of greater challenges, we feel confident we will continue to solve any issues to your satisfaction.
Our virtual fair is open until Friday, December 11. We hope you have found some special gifts from our selection! We appreciate your supporting local small businesses who are trying to keep going under difficult circumstances. We also hope that you can take time to stop and breathe deeply, and remember we are a strong, vital and caring community who is here to support each other through thick and thin.
